Darby Street Station is available for hire any day of the year except for Christmas Day, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday, provided that the venue hasn’t already been booked for something else.
The venue can be hired for any time between 8am and 4am Sunday to Thursday, and any time between 8am and 11pm Friday and Saturday.
No, however we may charge a venue hire fee if certain ticket sales targets are not met.
It costs $1,000 to hire the venue for a Friday night and $1,500 to hire the venue for a Saturday night, plus any additional tech costs based on your requirements. However if more than 300 tickets are sold, then venue hire will be free.
If you sell less than 300 tickets, we may impose the venue hire fee. If you sell less than 150 tickets, then by mutual agreement between the venue and the promoter, we may look to cancel or postpone the event.
Yes, to secure your date we require a deposit of 50% of the hire fee. If the 300 ticket threshold is met the deposit will be refunded to you after your event.
Yes, security, duty managers and bartenders will be provided by the venue free of charge.
The venue can hold up to 400 people.
